Where are your products from?

Our private label is manufactured locally in Singapore, while the rest are sourced globally.

Are your brands/products authentic?

Yes, we are an authorized dealer/retailer for the brands/products sold on VOLTA WEB STORE.

How do I get informed of the latest products and promotions you have?

Simply join our newsletter and make sure that the email address provided is valid. Likewise, you may follow us on our social media channels – Instagram and Facebook.

What should I do if I need more information regarding a product?

We usually provide most of the needed information to inform your purchase on the site, however, if you still need more detailed information, you may contact us at customercare@vol-ta.com.

How can I get an item that is out of stock?

Simply join our waiting list by clicking on the “JOIN WAITING LIST” button. Once the item is back in stock, you will be notified via e-mail.

Can I change my shipping method?

No, once your order has been placed you will not be able to change your shipping method.

How do I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status of your order, please click here with your order invoice number provided in the Order Confirmation e-mail we sent to you.

Can I amend on cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

No, all orders are final.

Can I do a self-collection at your brick-and-mortar stores?

Yes, for self-collections you will be notified via e-mail once your order is ready for pick up.  This notification will take 1 to 2 working days as it will take us 1 to 2 days to get your items prepared at our stores. For information on our store locations, please click here.

How do I redeem a promo/discount code?

VOL.TA sends special promotional codes to our newsletter subscribers occasionally. These offers may include a “PROMO CODE”, which may be used under the “DISCOUNT” section of the checkout process. To redeem, simply enter the code and click the “APPLY” button. The discount or special offer will be applied to your order.

My promo/discount code does not work, why?

Your promo code could be expired or items in your shopping bag are not eligible. Do take note that promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and only one discount can be used per order. Do bear in mind that the promo code has to be entered upon the checkout process to be valid.

What happens if I am unable to make payment within the stipulated timeframe?

Orders will be cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days upon payment confirmation. Do note that shipping times are subjected to availability of the product.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing detailed instructions, the tracking number and a link to our shipping carrier’s website.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders within Singapore will take about 2 to 3 working days.

Orders outside Singapore will take about 7 to 21 working days.

Do take note that the delivery time is not inclusive of verification and administrative process.

What do I do if I have yet to receive my order?

You may contact us at customercare@vol-ta.com and we will get back to you regarding your order.

I received an incorrect/defective item. What should I do?

Contact us at customercare@vol-ta.com within 7 working days from the day of receiving the order.
