Returns

Please be sure you have read the following before requesting an exchange.

  • All sales of Sales/Discounted/Promotional code/Store Credit items are non-exchangeable.
  • All sales of Grooming and Lifestyle products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • All returns/exchange are to be requested within 7 days upon receiving the order.
  • All local orders within Singapore must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • All International orders outside Singapore must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • All returns must have all its tags attached, unwashed, unworn and purchased directly from us.
  • All returns of shoes must be accompanied with its original packaging. Shoes returned without its original boxes/packaging will not be accepted.
  • All extra postage cost incurred in a return/exchange will be payable by the customer unless the items you received were incorrect or defective.
  • All returns will be your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse; kindly return the item via a traceable mode of postage.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a RMA form that will be send to you via email from our customer care associate upon requesting for an exchange.
  • All returns are final.

In the event, we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Do note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1 to 2 days. Refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. VOLTA CONCEPT credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on the VOLTA WEB STORE.
