VOLTA CONCEPT (“we”, “us”, “our”, “VOLTA CONCEPT”, “VOL.TA”, “VOLTA WEB STORE”) website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “T&C”).

By placing an order with VOLTA WEB STORE you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure with any aspect of these, do contact us at customercare@vol-ta.com before placing your order with us. We must receive payment of the order before your order can be accepted. Once payment is received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided in your order form.

All information provided to us should be true and accurate, and in doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

VOLTA CONCEPT reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if payment is not completed within 24 hours of the issue of the order invoice and to refuse service to you without prior notification.


We strive to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the actual colour of the products is a close representation, we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Such situations are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.


Prices displayed on our web store are quoted and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For your information, prices may not be absolutely accurate when converted.

In the event an item lists an incorrect price, VOLTA CONCEPT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or had been processed.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available.


All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Singapore. Do note that this gauge depends on the mode of shipping selected upon checkout. Designated delivery locations (e.g. within Singapore/Overseas) will also be taken into consideration.


All sales are final and are non-refundable.

All sales of Sales/Discounted/Promotional code/Store Credit items are non-exchangeable.

All sales of Grooming and Lifestyle products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.


All returns/exchanges are to be requested within 7 days upon receiving the order.

All local orders within Singapore must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

All International orders outside Singapore must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

All returns must have all its tags attached, unwashed, unworn and purchased directly from us.

All returns of shoes must be accompanied with its original packaging. Shoes returned without its original boxes/packaging will not be accepted.

All extra postage cost incurred in a return/exchange will be payable by the customer unless the items you received were incorrect or defective.
